First and only? My 2-week-old XFX 290 flashed to 290X and running at 1130/1500 with the same EK block begs to disagree.

I think they meant that it's the first to ship with the block. BTW, interesting you had it flashed to the 290X - did it unlock any additional hardware or just extra clock speeds? Anyway, I'm surprised there haven't been any liquid cooling benchmarks on this site yet. bit-tech.net has one, but this site tests things very differently so I'd like to see how those differences play out.
