even can prevent the dust depositing at the bearings and the bottom of fan, prolonging the life cycle of the thermal, also video card.
hmm... i don't recall ever owning a fan that had dust collect at the bearings. Dust always collects on the leading edge of each blade and on the motor supports. Sounds to me like they're grasping for "innovative features" to make press releases more substantial.

I have seen multiple cards collect fans near/in the bearing area. If you actually take the fan off of whatever before you blow the dust out of the heatsink, you will notice this quite easily.
