I've been waiting new philips ambilight-styled solutions for gaming quite some time now. Perhaps it's finally around the corner with this collaboration.

I still use my Philips Ambx and my Madcatz Cyborg lights, they all work great with a little program called Glow, recently finished Divinity Original Sin 2 and the lights really added to the atmosphere, the final battle was like a light show in my room. And yeah I know RGB is OTT these days but lights that dynamically change to match the content your watching or playing really does add another layer of immersion.
