i love their stuff! when you can beat Noctua for half the price...

nice price, but I had the heatpipes on macho rev. A degrade a few years back, not going to buy their stuff again personally. dunno how, one or two of them had some fluid on the surface, maybe a leak. could have cracked from constant cooling and heating, I had a 5100mhz 2500k back then and ran prime95 a lot to make sure it's stable.

This is available on Amazon.ca (seemingly from Thermalright themselves) for $45 CAD, while the NH-D15 (from Noctua themselves) is $110, $132 for one with AM4 mounting, or $140 for a black one (not sure if it includes AM4 mounting). Noctua (and most others to a lesser extent) have sat on their laurels for way too long and now it looks like Thermalright is going to eat their lunch. This is easily the best value cooler I've seen in... likely a decade.

Are there already reviews of this specific cooler? Can tell first hand Peerless Assassin is yet, the best bang for the buck cooler atm undisputable, a no-brainer, a get-to-go, a balls-to-the-wall and pedal-to-the-metal. Take it while it last, cause at this pace they are gonna start to charge noctua levels of money and we go back circle to couple of years of lame and staganation aka AIO market atm.

So yes I have this cooler on my itx system nr200p, cooling my 13900k. I have limit set at 288w and on r23 run it stays at 96c 288w full load on stock clocks undervolt. It's impressive how good this air cooler is, gaming will be 50-70c depending on the game, like battlefield2042 runs heavy on cpu at 170w will be around 70c. Cod mw2 it's less demanding and chill at 55c. Have to point that I swapped stock fan with a Phanteks T30. Previously I used Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 and can say this is better. For the price, it's a no brainer.

Not quite sure what is "innovative" about it - it looks the same as any of a number of twin tower coolers.

what is different are the amount and type of materials used in making the heatpipes themselves and the product can be mounted in any direction (incl. upside down or sideways in a dual system build) at no loss of efficiency. nickel plating and stack of fins looks like everything else, but not.

no, but their fans stand up to Noctua and actually are quieter (idk if you would notice the diff) at high rpm

I'd like to see that particular fan in actual tests to be sure that's true though.
https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Yq+HD8UQL._SL1500_.jpg
I paid £87 for this on amazon and its been absolutely amazing with a 5800x3d https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BP71JK49 Really happy with what thermalright are doing.
HOLLY SHEEERR! You are correct, in fact you can find the 240mm version for 50 BUCKS!!! GO FIGURE PEOPLE 50 BUCKS 240MM AIO. I remember back to 2008-2009 the H60 from Corsair was almost the same and was a 120mm hard tubing AIO, you right now can get double the radiator for same price. WHAT IS GOING ON???, is Thermalright going full dark brandon?

how much better would you say? 1-2 °C? 5-10 °C???? It is 15% more expensive than PA in my country and they already have the regular version and the "SE" version my guess is the same performance but has a couple less fins like it was with the PA.
