Yeah, I agree. It actually looks nice. Btw, Hilbert the first bullet in the 'Features' section repeats itself.

Who is he? Also the mouse just looks like an Orange themed Razer, still I'm sure it's nice to use none the less.

He is someone who keeps causing problems in the pro LoL community, not many people like him. Besides this mouse uses the ADNS 9800 laser sensor. It has built-in acceleration you cant remove. If you want consistency, skip it.
