Really enjoyed your kraken x60 review, perhaps i'll end up with two of them in the end. 😀

Could it be AMD 290/290X savior?

Whoever posts news articles on the front page needs to start proof reading them. Constantly putting the same sentence twice is making them a chore to read. On topic: It's good to see more people taking an interest in "all in one" GPU liquid cooling solutions.

Can anyone else not see the compatibility list?

This is pretty intriguing. Seems like a better deal than the Arctic Cooling Accelero gpu cooler, especially given that you can pick which AIO cooler you want to use. My only concern is about airflow over the memory chips on the left side of the GPU where there is no fan. Hilbert, this seems like a prime candidate for some thermal imaging photos! Also, found this compatibility list on the NZXT site:
Nvidia : GTX 780, 770, 760, Titan, 680, 670, 660Ti, 580, 570, 560Ti, 560, 560SE AMD : R9 290X, 270X HD7870, 7850, 6970, 6950, 6870, 6850, 6790, 6770, 5870, 5850, 5830 The compatibility list is based on AMD Radeon and NVIDIA's reference board layout only. Please check the height restriction drawing before purchase. AIO Coolers: NZXT : Kraken X60, Kraken X40 Corsair : H110, H90 , H55 , H50 Antec : KUHLER H2O 920V4, KUHLER H2O 620V4, KUHLER H2O 920, KUHLER H2O 620 Thermaltake : Wate 3.0 Extreme, Water 3.0 Pro, Water 3.0 Performer Water 2.0 Extreme, Water 2.0 Pro, Water 3.0 Performer Zalman : LQ-320, LQ-315, LQ-310

I'm pretty sure (could be wrong though) that the news is a direct Google Translate version + most of the time taken directly from a feed elsewhere and not written by the Guru3D staff, which would explain why a lot of the news stories have strange wording and other errors.

Dwood from OCN has been making these brackets since last year. He's been inactive for the last several months, wonder if NZXT has swooped up his idea...
I'm pretty sure Dwood got a patent for that design, so I hope NZXT is paying him royalties for every single one of these brackets they sell.

The presence of three little holes per corner around the core mounting means no, they are there so the whole thing can be fitted to different pcb designs
