not bad... but even though i mount my monitor it seems weird to charge for the stand even though it does make sense (it just makes this particular set more expensive than competition if included) and the mounting arm prices are just crazy for a sub-12Kg set. the specs are ok, just not spectacular but this is a good entry into the monitor market (depending on who sources the panel).
