The "Green illuminated triple-headed snake logo" is the Razer (famous gaming peripheral manufacturer) logo. This H440 Special Edition is stated on NZXT web site as "Designed by Razer".

This is the one I've been waiting for. http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/149-h440-razer-edition-mid-tower.html It appears that this Special Edition IS the Razer edition.

Not really. There are tons of non Razer fans,keyboards etc. etc. that can match that neat green color.

I'm already kind of bored with my NZXT Phantom 410 (and annoyed at the finicky power button). The H440 is a sharp looking case.
