A stupid expensive case with defects because of extra hardware: gotta love that expensive way to blow your hardware to smitheries!

Use ceramic screw or plastic screw temporarily.

You can remove the screw that is there already and check for damage to the PCB. If there is none put one of those fiber washers used between old school motherboard mounts and the bottom of the motherboard between the screw head and pcb. It is nonconductive.
