Cool, thanks for the pics. Still think 1080 Ti is by far the best value, I would rather get two 1080 Ti's for the price of a Titan Xp. I really wonder what Volta will be like and if it really will drop this year? Also wish AMD would drop Vega soon and hope it will own(best for everyone if it does).

They would either have to redesign the memory controller for GP102, or use GP100 as the base for it. Either route would need to provide 16GB of HBM2 in order to provide a bandwidth increase as the current 12GB HBM2 configuration on GP102 also has 540GB/s. Basically it would increase the cost without providing any real benefit.
