a few of those you mentioned are not FPS. so I'm assuming you're partial to a 3rd person view games too. I'd say Tomb Raider is good.

Which Call of Juarez games have you played? CoJ: Gunslinger is awesome. Probably one of my favorite releases this year.
On top of that, I would strongly suggest Singularity and the 2009 Wolfenstein.
Also, Condemned is a great horror/thriller first person game. And the first two FEAR games deserve some attention.
TimeShift can be fun in a campy B-level sci-fi kind of way.
Other then those...

BulletStorm (not for everyone, but I enjoyed it)
Brothers in Arms series (Specially Hell's Highway)

Tomb raider I didn't like, Gunslinger ,far cry, timeshift, fear, riddisk, bulletstrom i played. I should have mentioned I want only new games (2010+) ,I will look up the others.

May want to look at Mass Effect(all) its third person but really good or any of the recent Fallout's.
Also why have you not played Boarderlands 1 or 2 you can play those solo.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R series, ALL! However, for best experience I recommend patching all to the latest since the stock versions are pretty buggy.
Go through the Painkiller series. Of course the first 3 are the best!

Oh, FARCRY3 is a must! The modern Call of Juarez in Mexico (dont remember the name) isnt bad either.

Go to your .ini config files directory. On windows 7, this is Documents/My Games/Borderlands 2/WillowGame/Config.

It's also possible to edit *installDir/Program Files(x86)/2K Games/Borderlands 2/Willow Game/Config
Find WillowEngine.ini (or DefaultEngine.ini)
Ctrl-F to find "WillowScenePostProcess"
Replace with "CinematicScenePostProcess"*
You can also set the file to read-only. (not needed)

As fellow members suggested above Singularity is a great shooter and also Hard Reset. They are quick and colourful with great shooting mechanics. (not to be confused with Serious Sam or Painkiller style).
For a good atmospheric FPS the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games are one of the best!

But, the latest one CoJ: Gunslinger is beyond awesome.
The one set in modern times, "The Cartel"... is awful. And should be avoided.

Aliens vs. Predator wasn't too terrible.
My vote would be Serious Sam 3 though. In fact, you should get all of them because they are all great games.

i would recommend Mirror's edge and darkest of days as two distinctive type of shooters, the former is a current gen classic to me.

mass effect is an RPG 3rd person, no way near an fps.

I can vouche for TRON 2.0. If you can get it be sure to get the free Killer App that adds additional features to the game and enables you to run the game on current Windows versions (at least Win7 32 and 64 bit). The game makes you feel totally immersed in the game and story. Very well done.
