70 watts and no additional power connector is great if the performance will be close to the older gtx1070 or rtx2060. if the price will eventually drop to 100e-150e range it will be a decent card at least to my eyes, not an enthusiast card but it will be an decent one ,definitely not crap.

A 2060 is a lot faster than a 1070 and even a tad faster than a 3050 so no....it will be lucky if it ties a 1660Ti. https://www.guru3d.com/data/publish/220/30e1c42f545d87d718f79b5721df8b42c00377/75151_untitled-1.png

Like @Airbud mention there is no way it comes even close to 2060. Actually even the 3050 8gb is slower than a 2060. Not to mention you can get a A750 or RX6600XT for the same amount that would kill this thing. This is a bad performance, bad price and a bad product.

So the RTX 4060 is going for £350 rrp, so let me take a guess a nividas pricing for this card.....£300 rrp i am going to say.

crap-tastic this should be the replacement for the killed off gtx 1660, and w/o the (useless at this SKU) RT plus a wider bus with 8gb - but no kinda like Cartier saying buy this rhinestone ring - it's still a Cartier

The actual product is not yet released so we cannot know for sure what the drop in performance will be compared to the regular 3050. Adding charts that don't include a 3050 states nothing. The fact that this little card is going to be a 70watts device ,even if 10 -15 % slower that regular 3050, is great. 6600XT and A750 are close to 200watts cards. A more realistic statement is "this is a good performance/power usage ,not great value at this price point and a usable product.

It's not so bad for a GPU that doesn't require additional power. A little niche, though.

could be good to replace my 1030 on spare pc, or cheaper alternative for my uncle to replace his 1050, in both case heavy gaming dont happen on those pc's but I seriously question NVIDIA here. then again NVIDIA dont give shit, they can price gpu's anyway they want and if bought or not is irreverent to them, consider how much there make off ai stuff now.

If it only had a RAMDAC. It coud play old CRT with 320x240 16bit with massive 30fps

reality check... the "demand" was from their spreadsheets for clearing out bad silicon
