My office PC wich were just equiped high and not top high like this card costed at this time the price of my jaguar... So i think you might be right... Anyway it's companies who sign the bill for it 😉

lol i already give it back as i started semi-freelance for them / semi-retirement to be more with children, family and so 🙂 now i have a ryzen 9 and it is enough for the use, i can handle longer working time for the price

We recently ordered a system with a 48GB A100 and the card cost about 10K in that system. I would guess this version with 80GB is in the 15K range. ETA: that was a bad guess. It's actually 12K.

I have seen complete workstation config with multiple GPU and CPU at well over 100K in my life... (and the most expensive was inboard a 4x4).
