I read something about Noctua yesterday on Tweakers, Hillbert. https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/6o4rzo/visible_manufacturing_differences_between_noctua/ I hope they will sort this out, cuz that's bad rep for Noctua. (i been using Noctua pretty much since they started)
