Interesting. Hopefully we will not be ripped off with regards to pricing!

The Aussies will be the ones getting bent over.

Do they ship to all EU countries or just the UK?

I'm hoping they'll at least be competitive with MSY (usually have the best price around in OZ)

Wow!!! I've wanted to use Newegg for ages!! I've always just used PC Case Gear because they are pretty much the only good one in Australia.

The shipping from PCCG puts pretty much everyone outside of Melbourne off using them... BUT they do have a better selection of cooling gear than most other places in OZ

Are you paying attention, Amazon? Perhaps we'll be seeing better-priced 'bargains' from you, now that this threat is looming on the horizon.

more expensive than amazon and the rest in uk, very few choices as well newegg have 2 things going for it, cheap and huge selection, we get neither of those in eu/uk , compared i7 4770k, amazon was cheaper by around 30pounds, attempted to compare graphics cards, but there are really no gpus that are shipped worldwide.. single 780ti, only 270 from amd 2xx line

I didn't add shipping on the others either - but yea it was missing tax, £134 after tax - not including shipping on any of them, so it matches ebuyer EDIT - My maths is bad - £144 lol

I try to buy things from newegg that are shipped free, if possible. As for tax, I never get taxed as they are located in some tax free "island" in California. Not sure if that "loophole" applies to International sales though. Nice to see they're going abroad. Regardless of the prices being the best (which is hit or miss), Newegg has one of the greatest, most intuitive websites to navigate with a nice review system. They also have pretty fantastic customer service which is why I still use newegg as my primary tech buying site even when I can sometimes save a few bucks elsewhere. Been using newegg for 10 years, no complaints.

most uk etailers doesnt have shipping feee, i know scan is anomaly when it comes to having shipping charges. amazon have same cpu for £132.64 and free shipping there was one item that was cheaper on newegg than it was on amazon (sold by amazon etailer and not amazon it self ) it was r270 i glanced over AU prices, and i7 4770k was cheaper than "cheapest "AU etailer by around 10-20 ( cant recall amount ) au dollars

Would of been great when the R4BE came out, newegg had loads of them when there were none over here in the UK. Its a good thing aslong as the pricing isnt too high.

Returns could be an issue.

Yea I was annoyed with Scan, I paid £360 for my 290 and they still charged me delivery With eBuyer iirc orders over £50 you get free delivery
