Nice board. Thoroughly agree with your conclusions, boss. I'll be sticking with my "980X" for a while yet.

Yeah cheers for this review. Nice looking board. Im abit disappointed in the review of the Killer NIC section. I think the point of this network card has been missed completly. Its performance was measured in a straight download and upload test.....but i fail to see what is being tested for here, as an NIC is not magically going to give you more internet bandwidth ???? Where these Killer NICs shine is prioritising and offloading, so it would be useful to measure pings whilst gaming and downloading/uploading files at the same time etc etc. Also do any of these Z87 boards include a Lucid MVP 2.0 license ? I see the Lucid MVP sticker on this mobo, but no mention in the review if its included or not.

Hilbert was this the highest overclocking Haswell motherboard you've reviewed? Or is it too hard to tell due to the thermal wall? The only features I'm really looking for are the highest OC capabilities I can find and at least 8 SATA 3 ports. What are the odds we'll see an article with some delid OC tests?

Can't tell, the thermal issues of Haswell are the limiting factor, not the motherboards. We can't delid the CPU as we borrow them from Intel.

i also checked yor test with sabertooth z87.You used the same cpu on both cards? If yes, in that sabertooth z87 test the cpu got 4.7ghz max stable and 4.9 with this msi mpower. Is it because msi is more overclock stable?ty
