Extra PCIe power, so you don't fry the 24 pin.

I don´t know how but the BIOSTAR :3eyes: and the Asrock looks better, even for CPU overclock :infinity:

im thinking on 2-way (2 x8) CF or SLI, not 3-way CF, im afraid if just 16/24 PCIe 3.0 lanes comes from CPU or if manufacturers just limiting AM4 platforms to sell more expensive Z270 motherboards this Q1 :infinity:

looks GPU-Overclock friendly but has many phases for CPU OC :infinity:

Here's to hoping for BIG things for AMD and their board partners. Funny how when I compare motherboards of the new AMD lineup to that of Intels there seems to be a whole lot less going on "on" the AMD boards. IC's are few and far between when compared to intels offerings. PLEASE AMD PLEASE deliver this go'round.....!.! I would love to build a bad arse computer on a decent budget with it running red inside all over.!.!

We still have no pricing and availability dates yet? I am keen to know when these will be available to buy... my budget is shrinking every day! :bed:

Eric Cartman vs. Nintendo Wii Come ooon.... Come oooon.... I am so inpatient. Frikin hype machine. 🙂 Good job AMD. Good job MSI the board looks great. The only question that came to my mind, how much it will cost?

Observation for Zen's PCIe 3.0 lanes... 16x for Graphics cards (2x 8) + 8x to connect to chipset, since It can't be 4x because X370 chipset has 8x 2.0 lanes and others controllers (SATA/USB3/3.1) + 4x for M.2 Slot (if you don't use these 2 SATA buses from the CPU) Total = 28 lanes from CPU/SoC Bristol Ridge APU could have 4x limit to connect chipset and just 10 for Graphics card/other expansions...

The power delivery system looks amazing.

Hi Guys! Just came across this article. Like some of you I'd like to actually see a full review; but, with that said. I have a build with MSI's Z170 Titanium and a 6700K and really am impressed with all of it's functions. With what I'm seeing with the X370 XPower Titanium Board, it appears they are almost identical in function even to the OC dial. I'm actually thinking of swapping it out for the new AMD board and hopefully, this will include AMD's new top line card.
