Bad ass..... I have been holding out for my upgrade, so all of the little things can fall into place that have had to iron itself out over the years. Looking to see who is the first to liquid cool these bad boys....

never use m.2 ssd before anyone have idea how hot it can be ? i thought the temp similar like most ssd (both under work / idle), maybe 1-2 degree difference because it placed on the mobo (other parts like gpu share the hot wave to it) i never thought it throttling due to high temp which is should above 65C ?

That "heat shield" looks very thin and un-heatsink like. But I guess it is enough.... I would still have thought it would struggle and still leave thermal throttling in hot weather conditions.

Some of the faster ones get up over 75c.
