"MSI has raised the bar yet again" - not forgetting the price...

No G-sync on this? From the looks of it this will be a $2300 laptop. It's a shame the specs don't warrant the price.

Yes, quick glance did show $4100 -4300. I guess it would be €5000 here - no way!

WTF!!!!!! Just checked the prices. A 1070 equipped FHD @120hz version is $3,800. The only thing this has over my $1,450 ASUS is the RGB mech keyboard a little more RAM and the overclockable CPU. My laptop has G-sync and raid NVMe over a single X4 PCIe 3.0 will have virtually no advantage over my single 960evo M.2 in mine. More than double the cost and not much to show for it. However someone will buy it.

I have the GT72 6QD, a very good laptop BUT, the left mouse button is half broken after not even 6 months. And on the LCD there is a zone (very small) which is brighter.. not a pixel problem, probably bad backlight diffuser assembly or mold. I didn't expect to find flaws like this on a 2000 eur "mobile desktop" but except this is a very good notebook with great hardware and sound quality.
