This isn't that new to be honest I discovered it on my Z490 a couple weeks ago when I tried updating my BIOS. Nonetheless I have had negative results with this feature because I could only put it on "water cooler"(while having a Noctua air cooled tower) if you wanted to increase to a certain CPU voltage AND even had higher temps than my previous BIOS with the exact same values.

Maybe a stupid question but if you are out of those limit (below or upper) what happen?
exemple: if you have a passive radiator with 300w hd or with a negative temp WC, can you still easy OC your CPU?
at least do you still have the hand on the manual setup?

Is this a jab at the bad Intel stock coolers?
AMD has programmable TDP does Intel have the same function?

If they want to do something actually useful, they could start by fixing their buggy mess of a program 'Dragon Center'. I already have a custom cpu fan curve option in the bios, this is not needed at all.
