Well, MSI is asking more than an insane €1000 for the hybrid version, so this one will probably be the same or more, considering the niche. Probably cheaper to get a founders/reference edition and doing it yourself.

I bet it is still cheaper to buy the card with the air cooler, and purchase the block separately than it is to buy the Card combined with the same EK block, only difference being the dragon which no one will see when the card is upside down. (Unless you run a reversed case)

Well my 970 GTX just died on me (Computer won't turn on with the PCI 8pin plugged in, tested 2 systems). Wish these were out already.

I do, I submitted the RMA request yesterday. I was always planning on upgrading to a 1080, but been waiting on hybrid info/availability. Using iGPU atm.
