Would look great inside some small case in an office. 🙂

White looks great but has the awful tendency to show up serious hot spots with multiple shades of brown over time

Yep I also like white but this is my primary concern. I don't know if they improved the tech to avoid such an issue to appear.

The GT 730 is still being made?Because GT 1030 is already on the market. The colour is interesting,in the old times the green-blue-red colour was great for mb&video cards. 🙂 Black is too much, dont see the circuits on the board.

But for me that's the issue... White exposes the ugliness/complexity of the PCB. While dark colours hide much and looks smoother overall.

To my knowledge currently the only company that is actively offering graphics cards with a white PCB is Galax. MSI however seems to be experimenting. Now the graphics card is an ancient GeForce GT 730... MSI Experimenting with white PCB graphics cards
it's not new, the white GT 730 exist since more than a year. there is one in my mother's computer. it was succeding to the already white GT 630/640.
