Is its just me or do I see a pattern here>? Seems like they are all copying Asus boards- This thing looks alot like the Maximus Black edition.I would love to have it dont get me wrong/Nz.

Nice but nope
I was reading this and thinking nice, I need to update my system, this would work, than I read the reviews on the Egg regarding similar X99 godlike boards and nope. I think I'll stick with EVGA, not as fast and features kind of hit and miss but their warranty and tech support are the best.

So basicly get a MSI X99S SLI and a seperate WiFi module and a 5 euro bluetooth adapter and your done. Minus a few leds. And ofcourse 1 pci-e x16 slot.
My X99s SLI has 4 of those slots. Who has ever had the need for 5? Even with previous CF setup i did not need 4 or 5.
And my board has an intel NIC. Supported out of the box. My previous board had a Killer E2200. Not supported out of the box. But the really annoying thing was that it installed a networkservice which actually capped my internetspeed at a 100mbit for "performance" reasons. Yeah sure, capping my 200mbit connection on a 100 will give me better speed ;p Guess this 2400 wil have the same "feature".
But pricewise, no thank you. Seeing the MSI X99A GODLIKE Gaming is somewhere around 500 euro`s this wont be cheaper. I don`t see where that extra money went if i compare it to my 200 euro board.

I have this board. I don't think its actual carbon-fiber but it definitely is some type of aluminum metallic shielding with the fiber design. Its shiny as funk too. Looks BEAUTIFUL and performs amazing. I also have the original Godlike and this black colored one really makes the leds POP bright!

I wish that manufacturers would switch from this looks-oriented mentality to a quality one. Make a ton of CPU phases, have the whole board use the best of the best of the best in terms of quality and being uncompromised hardware-wise in general. Some people might say that it is somehow accomplished already, but I don't believe it 100%. I would rather get a non-decorated motherboard with $250-worth of actual hardware on it, than an LED fest that has not gone 150% on the hardware side.

its still man made, and will still have a certain amount of them fail.
NASA is best proof that man made stuff, even with best materials/production/design, will fail at some point.
just nice to see how they lie to your face by saying carbon. if this was real carbon (fiber), it would conduct electricity.
the major reason i didnt use it to build my quadrotor.
