This is no PC. This is a notebook without keyboard, a.k.a. tablet.

"This is a notebook" Since when a notebook is not a PC? PC does not stand for desktop computer

Notebooks/laptops/tablets have a battery. This one doesnt.. Ergo all-in-one desktop

"flicker-free multi-touch display" That's not a feature, that's a characteristic. I wonder why they even mentioned that...

Erm... no. Although I kind of see your reasoning, as it likely uses all or most of the same kind of parts that a notebook might use, it's still a PC; Especially since a notebook is also a PC. Oh, and I'm pretty sure you could add your own mouse and keyboard since I can't imagine that they would not have some USB ports on this thing. Even if it has no USB ports it does have Bluetooth so you could at least add a Bluetooth keyboard and a Bluetooth mouse. That said, I don't understand why anyone is buying these AIOs. Why anyone would buy one of these instead of a traditional desktop/tower PC unless you're really cramped for space at your desk. You'd get more bang for your buck with a desktop/tower that has the same class hardware. For example, the top-of-the-line mobile Core i7 (the Core i7-4700HQ) costs more than all of it's desktop cousins; By the tray (not the retail box) it's $378 for the mobile i7 vs $303 or $305 for most of the desktop Core i7, (except the 4770K which costs $350.) In fact, the only 4xxx-series desktop Core i7s that are more expensive than the mobile 4700HQ are the high-end six-core 4930K and 4960X behemoths! I could go on and on with comparisons of price vs performance of desktop parts vs mobile parts, but you get the point. Or you could get exactly the same bang-for buck out of a gaming laptop and get portability as a bonus.
