I'm not joking when i say that Minecraft is the only reason why i regret not having an RTX gpu.I don't even play it normally but if i had an RTX GPU i'd just play for hours with the different transparent/reflective materials from mods and stuff.

Not ashamed to say that I have never understood the attraction of Minecraft and I don't think I ever will. Every time I read up on it I find myself reminded of 'Those that can, do... Those that can't, play Minecraft'.

You know PTGI exists right? Runs on normal gpus. 4k is pretty playable on my 1080ti.

Last time I checked the windows 10 store version, which iirc, is an older version based on mobile version but has controller support. I doubt it will be getting this update. So I now own the ps4, win 10 store, and original mojang version. Yet I suspect none of these will get this feature. Tired of double and triple dipping on games only to get shafted on certain features.

I have joined the insider program and started to download the game. It was downloading at 17Kbs last time I had a look... I believe there were too many people downloading. I´ll run the game late this afternoon after working and will find if it is playable with my gtx 1060
