I can see the appeal for some professional work but it's of poor value. Is the type cover still a separate purchase?

If it had a10 micro-6700T, I would take it. Because features are very good now. But since I require to have decent platform for running OpenGL, I really do not want to test things on intel.

If they really wanted a 3:2 format, I would have loved if they aimed at a resolution of 2560x1700, juste like the chromebook pixel. Would have been nice to have all 720p videos have a perfect 2x2 pixel ratio.

While i like the design the prices are insane. You can get a decent Ultrabook for the some of the configurations.

sony offers 11" tab with quad cpu/4GB/128GB/usb3/hdmi/mSD as well as keyboard and pen included for 599.. plus they have the most accurate pen on the market. MS stick to software.
