Heh I thought I would never hear about this but MS pulled an Apple because they did the same thing with one of the Iphone prototypes but it was at a bar instead of a bus.

Wow, why am I not surprised that most did not read the article. Microsoft asked for it back, reimbursed the guy and bought him a brand new Lumia 920. Sheez, this is not apple we are taking about here.
