My gaming PC is open air mounted (on cardboard) on the lower level of a 2 tier table so I was interested in this until seeing the fans are blocked! Fan blades need nothing blocking air flow to maximise throughput and not produce unnecessary noise. There should be vacant spaces where the fan blades are located not flat metal obstructions. This design is terrible, what a waste. My current setup exceeds this while being practically silent. The only downside, its a pita to move.
