Whats the deal with manli brand right now? Only new 3080ti that I can afford is manli 3080ti giallardo,but I see on their web its discontinued?! like wtf?

The Manli GeForce RTX™ 3080 Ti Gallardo (M3515+N612) and Manli GeForce RTX™ 3080 Ti (M3514+N612) Are available It's the M3478 and M3486 which are discontinued. I don't know what those numbers mean.
