Water resistant IS NOT the same as waterproof, which is what this device is. It's as water resistant as the newest iPhone and can withstand submersion into max 1m of water for I think it's under 30mins.

Sorry bro, it's a misunderstanding that get's thrown around alot. Logitech says the same thing: "Waterproof and dustproof - IP67 rated: WONDERBOOM can be immersed in liquid up to 1 m for up to 30 minutes." But IT IS NOT waterproof, it is only resistant. Though on their own website it actually says it has a dust resistance rating, instead of the article that says it doesn't yet (X in the rating).
