It's called the boom and it looks like the holy hand grenade of whatever it was called in Monthy Python albeit less rounded. :P EDIT: That was the Fallout 3 design, turns out the actual movie prop was a bit more regal. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Holy_Frag_Grenade
