I haven't checked, but it wouldn't surprise me if she already did that too. Seeing as her popularity has plummeted the past several years, releasing another one isn't going to rake in as much cash or attention as this court case. All that being said, maybe she didn't really care about winning, but just wanted to get in the spotlight again and then release [another?] sex tape. After all, she's suing for the character's likeness in a bikini. That seems a little convenient. As a side note, reminds me of the Ellen Page vs Last of Us lawsuit, where she was suing for the same thing except in her case there actually was a strong resemblance and there was nothing sexualized about her or the character. So, in that case it likely wasn't a cry for attention (still stupid, though).

Well, sex tapes aren't as shocking anymore (it would also be entirely predictable for someone like her). GTA 5 was one of the hottest games of recent times, and she probably wanted to be associated with it to help her image; wanted impressionable young gamers to think of her when seeing the loading screen. Just my opinion, of course.
