Shame to see they removed the VESA mounting option, I have my current 4k LG 27" mounted on a very smooth gas strut arm and it is so much more versatile. Even a well designed stand cannot come close.

Whatcha talking about? I went to the tech specs and it listed.... VESA size (mm) 100 x 100 in the Cabinet/Accessories section.

Thanks for that, you are spot on. I was going by the picture of the rear of the screen in HH's article which appeared to show a fully molded back with no such option. Turns out that in LG's higher quality pictures you can see there is a very close fitting plastic form that hides the VESA mounting option quite cleanly. Very nice 🙂
