.... aaand Win10 does the same thing, oh look it even let's me choose up to a whopping uhhhh one hundred and forty-four hertz... mind blown out of the asteroid belt... 🙄

I'm wondering if WDDM3.0+ will be backported to W10 at some point.
Pretty much every technical feature of Win11 was at one point built into a preview build of Win10 that was then canned in favor of Win11, so signs point to no on that.
