havent played this since the first early access release. had a blast playing commando, but at that point there wasnt enough content (or proper balance for that matter), & as such it grew stale. ill have to revisit it upon release in order to try out the full game even in initial early access the game was pretty polished, with few bugs to be found. im fairly optimistic about this...i feel like i almost got my moneys worth already

Was playing KF1 and playing KF2 since early access. I have fo admit KF2 got a lot more dynamic. Aiming and taking down zeds in KF2 is harder. Game overall is challenging and requires lots of cooperation to win. KF2 probably gonna have free weekend during launch. I highly recommend to try it out if you into coop FPS.

KF2 feels pretty solid at the moment, with the opt in beta (which plays fine imo) you have access to the new SWAT perk and a pretty good new map, the last major update gave us the long awaited Sharpshooter perk and two new maps. There were a lot of balancing changes recently which improved things also. It's a good time to pick the game up if you don't own it yet. Currently the game includes the following: 1. Nine Perks with different play-styles and weapon sets, 25 levels each. 2. Twelve maps (more can be acquired) which are officially endorsed. 3. Multiple un-lockable (or purchasable) skins for weapons and avatars. 4. Twelve playable characters. The above assumes the opt in beta is taken, if not you can discount one perk and one map. I don't see any reason not to opt in, but if that's not your thing it looks like it'll be going live soon anyway. As a note to the purchasable skins comment, there are currently micro-transactions within the game, but they're purely cosmetic.
