I don't know Loop/ 80 Euro equals 87.16 US Dollars and a rx 460/550 or a GTX 1050 only $2 more dollars.

I'm sure there will be cheaper versions but I know this will fit in my optiplex and will not have an issue with the PSU unlike a 1050 may.

Well with a low profile bracket this would be nice gpu for a really small mini itx build. I currently have a 8400 gs 512 the same size as this and I need to update that gpu for my HTPC. The 8400 barely handles 1080p.

Yea no worries there and I'm sure it will play videos very well too...$60 price tag would be nice. for this card I would never spend more for it if I did not have a white themed showcase. as for the gt 1030($75?) its to compete with the rx 550 ($80-$100) what I think might happen is the rx 560 comes in at $100 and both these cards made more of a pos then they already are for anyone who cant fit a 560 in their rig.
