It looks nice. If it could fit a 240 radiator on the botton (according to specs, it doesn't) I'd consider using this for the small case custom loop I want to build sometime.

I'd advise against it if you're buying a new GPU anytime this century. They've become so absurdly large that mid-high end cards won't fit in it. My absurdly huge TUF RTX 3080 was dwarfed by my comedic looking MSI RTX 4090 Trio. It barely fits in my case which is a full tower (bequiet! Darkbase Pro 900 v2) coming right up to the HDD bays in the front.

I currently have a custom loop with a 5700xt in a Lian Li O11 XL. That's what's going to go in the small case, when at some point I decide it's time for a new GPU for the main rig.
