Manificent cute things...
Only bad point is the lack of space for a good controler to fit with a energy friendly ITX board, so to have a top nas you should get a pro board with the controler onboard that cost... way too much (exemple: around 600 Euro wo taxes for Atom Xeon 8Ce , 3 NVMe, 2 SFF SAS/ATA (4 drive each) , and 4 SATA)
Because of that, Lian li, Chembro and Silverstone NAS box are still better.
But on design this one win from a large point.

Nice case. Nice NAS build.

How does that gaughterboard attach to the motherboard? does the motherboard come with the case? If so what socket? Both the article and the product page are missing all of this

Nice NAS node, naturally.
USB-C on the front panel is a plus for plugging in USB-C card readers for SD cards, for camera downloads, for example. A built in UFS-II card reader would have been a nice bonus, but I'll take it.

N1 looks much better.

Options from lesser known manufacturers to me
This one isn't CW, but looks very similar to previous. But has Intel i225-V B3 networking. What else simplifications I don't know

Another option
12 SATA ports, but 2 gigabit only ethernet. don't know anything about this store, but review seem to be faked.

There are a lot of options from $150 to $230, including Tremont CPU.
This one from ChangWang. 6 SATA ports (5 of JMicron JMB585), 2 NVMe, 4 2.5 GbE Intel i226-V.

Under this store I meant "INNOVISION TECH IPC Exclusive E-Store". It was suspicious as separate item with different item numbers had same reviews. But now reviews appears to be different. So probably it was AliExpress Russia site glitch.

I don't know anything about Innovision and both stores do not have a tag "Trusted Brand" of official supplier. Probably it's legit, just don't know. Topton and KingNovy are well known.
I know what is AliExpress. I've spent thousands bucks in it. And it's not Asia oriented. For Asia Alibaba has a separate site - Lazada. Top AliExpress markets are Russia, Brazil, South Korea and rest of EU, south and central America
Lazada is oriented specifically for ASEAN.
