If it has good hashrate it will sell 😀

If it actually exists, it will sell, regardless of price or performance. The GPU industry has hit a borderline impossible low.

I wouldnt touch it unless the driver/software side of things was proven, stable and well implemented. And yeah, saw this a couple days ago.

Intel got best possible time to launch their product , no matter what it will sell .This is producer dream.

Competition is always nice, but i will stick with Nvidia, because of the hidden features via Nvidia Inspector. They always come in handy for older games, especially the anti-aliasing options.

I hope intel end up making video cards for the purpose of playing video games.

This season it will end up depending on hashrate output 😀

16Gb VRAM on a new GPU? Are they aiming for RTX3080/RX6800 performance right the start? Because if it's like a RX580 it's a waste of memory. Also, I'm 90% certain the last 3 SKUs are useless for gaming. 4Gb and low bit, forget it. In the state the market is, if they are available and reviews are solid I could bite it!

The rumors are that it's an rtx 3070 competitor. But, you know what to do with rumors... don't bet on them being true.

With current Intel drivers , it will be fun to watch battle 😀 . If they manage 1080 TI performance it will be huge succes ( at decent power draw ).

Not when they can sell the cards for miners at higher prices... Unless the card is garbage at mining but we can only dream...

I welcome any gpu in todays market. Miners cant buy them all. I also do hope intel competes with amd and nvidia at high end. Should be interesting.

They can't, but they most certainly are trying their best.

And then they're going to treat it like a major victory, instead of the win by default it actually is :P

Considering Intel has their own fabs, and, are using TSMC, there's a very good chance this won't have a huge availability issue. It's still probably going to get scalped and sold-out everywhere, but I think a higher percentage of non-miners (compared to AMD or Nvidia) will get their hands on it.

From previous data, I do expect card with 4096EUs to hit 300W at around 1300~1500MHz.

I wonder how many people here will get it for gaming. Because My guess is that enthusiast sales will be curiosity driven. This time around I do not expect intel to fail. So those cards will become less interesting pieces of historical HW over time.

I like how guru3d is "only" 3 days late with this news...
Didn't hear of it until this morning. In other words, WHO CARES? Only you. Also, a 3rd competitor in this area will help tremendously the shortage by alleviating the burden of the first two.

ah..... not really. unless intel are literally sitting on an unused stockpile of mosfets and substrate,

Would be cool if they were fabbed in the U.S.

I will touch it before miner's dirty hands touch it
