Just read what is your stock voltage, lock it and OC until the chip doesn't like it anymore. How can you blow a chip working at designed voltage? Oh, you overvolted? It's on you, pall!

How would Intel ever know in the first place if u were to overclock just lie and say it died. Gamers nexus did a whole video on this amd essentially if u tell them u ran the ram at xmp u already voide the warranty but if u lie about it or play stupid it's easy to get warranty.

This. And even if you somehow managed to not get a warranty the first time you can try again in an hour or so with a new phonecall since you talk to a new person.
