DCH drivers can yes, they made them modular some time back so you don't lose the oem customizations.

They did not mention support for 21H2. It doesn't fit in the table of the release notes so I guess they left it out. 😛 They will soon drop support for 1809 so they can make room. 😀

What does 21H2 have (graphics related) that 21H1 doesn't? I'm confused. I wasn't aware of any changes on the graphics department. At least I haven't noticed anything strange or not working.

The title at first glance makes it seem as if it was a Windows issue with their OS, not an Intel issue with their driver. The wording is misleading, which raises eyebrows, that's all, no need to get angry.

Personally never had the problem on any of my current Intel iGPU builds, but good that it's resolved for whoever did have it.

driver fixes an issue caused by intel driver... title says it fixes windows 1x background perrformance issues, this is not a windows issue, its an issue implicated on themself.
