There seems to be a VSync bug with the latest Intel HD Graphics driver (15.28.12.2932/15.28.12.64.2932) If you change VSync from "Application Settings" to "ON" from Intel Driver(Intel Control Panel) and then play a game in Fullscreen and change the in-game VSync from ON to OFF it will cause Black Screen (and will remains black, sometimes with random pixels on the left-side of the black screen) *Tested on Desktop with Intel HD2000, and Laptop with Intel HD3000 on various directx games The vsync bug seems to only affect DirectX games, but i don't have OpenGL games to test it further (i was testing the OpenGL from Unigine Heaven DX11 Benchmark)

@AdamN, Have tested this on my Asus laptop(HD 3000) and have been able to reproduce the bug at least with my laptop. Tried DX and OGL games and no problems.

@AdamN - This driver doesn't support HD2000 or HD3000, so testing it is pointless. Supported products are actually listed in the article.

Isn't this old news? Windows 8.1 auto updates driver have a newer driver than this one. Also, this driver is from November 01, 2013.

Why does this not work for me? this does not work for me. there is an error that states as follows: The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer. Setup will exit. 64 version Using Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 on 64 bit computer.
