I had a feeling when you thin bin what is already a thin binned product aka the 9900K they would have a hard time making many of these. This was a halo product just to get it in review charts to go up against AMD.

I didn't do bad with the 9900K i have mine at 5.2 on a Z390 Aurous Master ... only hit 4.9 on the Asrock Phantom Gaming X I tried before this board. Temps are good as well but then again it is Winter here lol.

The KS is a binned 9900K, so it's going to run cooler and with less voltage no matter what. The solder surely helps but the regular 9900K produces a good amount more heat the the KS at the same clocks

eol already? guess it happens with binned cpu's I still rolling with my 6700k and will be for another 2~3 years, I will get ps5 before I do new CPU/MB setup
