I've tried installing this a couple of times, always fails. I'm stuck at 9.2.0.1026 and the latest is 10.0.27.

I always recommend to use -overall command when installing, to make sure it updates everything "SetupChipset.exe -overall"

No idea why I keep updating to the newer chipset software as they dont contain any drivers... I guess its just a habit of keeping things up to date.

The Intel Chipset driver doesn't have any 'payload', it never has. As I said in the other 10.0.27 topic, the driver files are merely just 'inf' files that identifies the device. Therefore, you aren't 'stuck' on 9.2.0.1026, as nothing has changed 🙂.

Ah ok, it's just that the intel update utility keeps telling me i'm still on those drivers. So pretty pointless to keep updating these then lol.
