Pathetic, that's what exactly it is, though I'm not a huge fan of gta series.. but hey, who knows maybe ubisoft might buy the series in the future and we won't be waiting for too long for the release, that's for sure

Well better be delayed than to test the game for free for rockstar 😀, as DICE does lets go push out beta game to gamers ask full money for it, and patch... with half finished patches:D

...and this is yet another of the many reasons why I no longer pre-order games. The funny thing is, it'll still probably come out as bug ridden as any other console port.

Not surprised, but its still getting pretty ridiculous.
On reddit are some good points.. by the time its released for PC its going to be closing in on being a 2 year old game! LOL
Also, there are some serious considerations that HL3 may be released before GTA does.. not sure I would take that wager, but its funny none the less.

People are still waiting for this game? I gave up waiting a long time ago i mean how hard could it be to port from something that is already on what is basically a computer to an actual computer?

I agree with this BS of delay after delay. At the same time I'm remembering how GTA4 was when it came out and how everyone hated the hickups it had for the first 6+ months.. They didnt want a repeat of that, nor do i.

Watch, this game gets released and is one of the most optimized games and lacking of bugs out there, but people will still complain. Release a game early, people are upset about the state of the game. Release the game any time after early, people are upset they had to wait.

Not much use in buying this game until there's a goty edition or something similar out, so it'll most likely be a -75% sale anyhow.
I wonder if they actually think it will sale though. With such a delay I personally would think to get about a third less sales anyway... and the best part will be that they blame the pc comunity on the low sales!
What r* does here is just ridiculous, and shows how little they care about the pc gamers. Screw them, screw their old game, I'm gonna reinstall GTA4 because I already have it, and toy around with DSR and mods. It might as well look as good as GTA5 anyway.

I cancelled my pre-order last week fearing this was going to happen after hearing that the game Im most looking forward to was also delayed again.
Project Cars is the game Im most wanting but the way its going with this one is also abit concerning.
Due to be released back in November(19th 2014)pushed back to March 20th,knocked back again till April 2.Christ if it keeps going like this I get a copy around the same month of my pre-order (August 19th 2014).

I was givent the preorder as a gift.
I have been wanting to play this for quite a long time.
As long as its the least buggy day one since forever, then i'll be happy.
If its still buggy on day one after all this.....heads should roll.

I doubt it will be optimized to it's best, or bug free. I hope I'm wrong for all who pre-ordered or plan on buying on day 1, but seriously, those who think it will all be nice and perfect are just naive, or extremely optimistic.

A bug free game seems unlikely these days. Publishers and developers need to learn to set more realistic release dates.

Yeah that's a killer. They gave away game which doesn't make them money anymore, so they don't lose anything. I will lough if it will be ported as earlier GTAs. I always remember King of The Road 3, which was developed 8 years or so, and i can't really name it as beta. Alpha at most.
