AFAIK the last one called Apocalypse. But it will of course become free before BFV is released 🙂

It had a terrible launch and the game play sucked at launch. EA lost a lot of die-hard Battlefield fans because of it, but I'm glad I went back to it in late March. They have really improved the game into something you'd have expected from a Battlefield game at launch. Yes, it has its flaws, though now I think this game is the best shooter around and the series is once again at the top of the FPS list.
