Seems like a lot of hassle to have to go into your phone to 'accept' yourself, surely it's quicker and simpler to type in your password 😕

So it uses device id or something like that as password. What an "innovation". My bank app does that already for auto-pin.

It's pretty simple Google, if you ever try to make this compulsory, people will leave your platform in droves.
This is one of the stupidest ideas I've seen in recent history.

"Log" with your phone to know your location,to know your IMEI,to know your real name(from operator db),to know your contacts and so on. 🙂

I don't see the problem with it.
I mean if your phone is stolen and you don't have a lockscreen, all your google info is available to the thief anyway. If you do have a lockscreen, then I would argue that your more secure than having a password.
