Even netbooks these days are coming with insane resolutions... And yet most laptops are stuck with the disease known as 1366X768.

Resolution doesn't make much difference if all you're doing is browsing the web.... Exactly what can be done on ChromeOS that justifies the extreme resolution?

The same thing you do on a tablet? I only use my Nexus 10 for like news and reading stuff, images and text look crisp as hell. I want that on everything and I want content to match it.

I'd pick it up. I'm a little timid just because I don't know a whole lot about chrome OS though.

Unless Google has changed it....ChromeOS is a Google modified version of Linux that relies on cloud computing to work....so, no internet = no computer.
