I guess this means 8+2 phase is underbuilt for threadripper 2.

It's probably 4 with doublers, and 3 moudly spots as the +3, then they remove 2 of the phases in a "revision" that's after the initial/reviewer batches. But what do I know, they've only been doing that for years now.
