I wouldnt waste PCIe lanes for this, since lanes are pretty limited anyways. If Gigabyte, or any other, would bring RGB M.2 cards for PCIe slot, just make the card, with slots for 2 or 4 M.2.

I feel like I have to say this every single time a new product with RGB comes out. I get that you guys don't like RGB stuff in your rigs, that's fine, either don't buy RGB products (there is still plenty of non RGB stuff out there, in fact the MAJORITY of PC tech available has no RGB). Or... you know... turn it off? I have yet to see an RGB enabled product that doesn't have an option to just turn the lights off. You all sound like a bunch of kids honestly, the only valid thing to complain about RGB is if a product that you would otherwise like costs more because it has RGB and you know you are just going to turn it off.

I am the same opinion as you but I have to tell you there sadly is a product where u CAN'T turn off the rgb, I bought a razer wolverine ultimate and on PC there is no possibility to turn it off which is pretty annoying in the dark because it's way to bright :/

But RGB is for the kids... 😀 edit: Nah, G403 comes with RGB, but it doesn't bother me. Bought the product for the quality, not RGB. Gaming mouse, rgb, whatever.

while I agree with most of your post sometimes there's no option to turn off RGB.... I have a pny gtx 1060xlr8 that turns red when the fan speed reaches 50%..... absolutely nothing I can do about it .....it clashes with my blue setup.

Sata SSD that blink RGB on use already exist in kingston/hyper x catalog... On course it cost more than the regular equivalent.

I got off the RGB bandwagon last year and went with a full dark build. The only things left i have that are RGB are my mouse and keyboard just so i can see em if i'm playing at night with the lights off. At all other times my eyes are looking at the screen. There's no point in having a PC lit up like a Christmas tree when i won't even be looking at it. Plus its nice not having an extra sh*t ton of cables and a controller to manage.
